- Fry the onion dry in a non stick pan. Add the tin of tomatoes, mixed dried herbs, chilli and sea salt. Add red lentils to the pan to cook. When lentils are soft rinse and add to the frying pan with the rest of the ingredients.
- Empty the water and refill with water for the rice. Add rice when water is hot enough. When rice is almost cooked add the rest of the ingredients to the frying pan and mix and simmer until rice is ready. When ready serve on plates and enjoy.
